Less another full covers album (like a usual "elsewhere" release) and more an addendum to the previous year's volume, "Return to Elsewhere" nevertheless has some fun and spirited covers. "English Scheme" is The Fall done very faithfully (unless you own a real Manchester accent, that is), but the world famous aria "Recitar!/Vesti La Gubba" from Leoncavallo's Pagliacci is treated here as Mike Patton's Fantômas project might. Aside from never being able to approach Jeff Buckley's otherworldly voice, his "Morning Theft" is left virtually unaltered.
